N&C Service understands that Green Cleaning reduces risk of harm to health and the environment. We therefore offer the following Green Cleaning practices:

We use Green Cleaning Products. They are safer for the cleaning crew and building tenants, decreasing sick days and improving employee retention. The Green Cleaning units/containers dispense the proper amount of cleaning chemicals for a given task, such as disinfecting, floor cleaning and window cleaning. The cleaner no longer risks using too much or too little product for the job, thus saving money and time by doing the job right the first time.

We launder the towels our cleaners use to apply cleaning solutions, thus reducing the amount of hazardous waste put into the environment.

N&C Service uses vacuum cleaners equipped with a HEPA filter. The HEPA air filter removes 99.97% of harmful particles, including dust, mold spores, pet dander and other troublesome allergens. They also kill 98% of viruses, bacteria, black mold, germs and reduce allergy and asthma symptoms. Reducing suspended indoor debris also decreases the need for using cleaning chemicals, because the debris isn't given a chance to settle.

Other equipment used includes the efficient flat mop, which effectively uses less chemical. Microfiber towels clean surfaces quickly and thoroughly, also using less chemical.
