 | Mark began his career as a part-time cleaner while attending Carrol College in Helena, MT. Then, after running his own carpet cleaning business, he joined the management team at N&C Service. Now, with over 30 years of experience, Mark is well-versed in all aspects of the cleaning business. He has been instrumental in expanding N&C Service to triple its size since he came on board. Mark is a member of the Cascadia Green Building Council, a member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), and he currently serves as President of the Foundation Board of East Portland Rotary. He volunteers for the Meals On Wheels program and Rebuilding Together, and he enjoys the many wonderful outdoor activities Oregon has to offer. |  | Ben joined N&C Service in 2002 after building his own cleaning company and managing over 1.5 million square feet of office space. Over the years, Ben has developed methods of cleaning buildings more efficiently than industry standards, giving customers a cleaner building at a cost-effective rate. Ben provides keen project management of our company's operations. He speaks three languages - English, Romanian and Spanish. |

|  | Eddie began working with N&C Service in 2005. He started as an outside cleaner and quickly moved into a managerial position thanks to his hard work, team building and leadership skills. Eddie manages operations staff, schedules services, performs walk-throughs, creates account specifications and other operational documents. Eddie speaks both Romanian and English. When he's not working, he teaches bible school and plays guitar. |  | Angela is responsible for sales and customer service. She brings more than fifteen years of customer service experience to N&C Service, including expertise in the cleaning, medical and hospitality industries. Angela has a customer service certificate from the Port of Portland. Outside of work, Angela enjoys cooking and exploring the great northwest with her children. |  | Rich has over 20 years of supervision and in property management and maintenance, including Class A buildings, nursing homes, retirement facilities and residential cleaning. He has owned his own cleaning business for 5 years, as well as having a general contractor’s license. Rich has served as treasurer of Oregon Trail Campfire, and is a local member of the Chamber of Commerce. He was also selected trainer in the in the property management field, and a certified swimming pool operator. Rich served in the US Army, where he won the high physical fitness award. Hobbies include golf, working with seniors, and spending time with family. |  | Tarah is responsible for sales and customer service. She joined the N&C
Service management team in 2011. She has worked in the cleaning industrysince 2007, having previously managed and cleaned for four other
companies. Tarah loves to spend time with her son, especially camping inthe summer. |  | Dan addresses service issues and performs inspections, trains, and assists with hiring new cleaners for N&C Service. He has over ten years of experience in sales and management, where he developed excellent communications skills. As a family man, Dan enjoys spending time at home and in the great Pacific Northwest outdoors. He is captain of a local soccer team. He speaks English and Romanian. |

|  | Christopher addresses service issues and oversees our large college accounts and manages the N&C Service cleanup crew for construction cleaning, one-time cleaning, special projects and startups. Before he joined N&C Service, Christopher spent four years managing accounts for another cleaning company. He speaks three languages, including Romanian, Hungarian and English. Outside of work, Christopher is a music enthusiast, and he enjoys DJing, blogging and outdoor activities. |  | Marius has been with N&C since July 2011. Before entering the cleaning industry, he spent many years working as a certified pharmacy technician. Marius also studied international trade at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, and business administration at ITT Portland He speaks English, Romanian and French, and enjoys traveling, camping, astronomy and photography. |  | James joined the N&C team in August of 2011. His 30 years in the cleaning industry includes experience as a contractor, supervisor, operations manager, service consultant, and operating his own carpet cleaning business. He likes to spend his free time with his family enjoying Oregon’s great outdoors, and his hobbies include classic cars, and watching and playing sports. |  | PaulMorgan has 3 years experience working in property management, where hisduties included overseeing the cleaning of LEED Platinum residential
condo buildings in the Portland area. He began his career doing
customer service and sales in the travel industry where he was a
European and Latin American travel expert for 5 years. He went to the
University of Oregon, getting a BA in fine art. He enjoys hiking with
his son, and just published his first children's book. |

|  | Linda is responsible for managing office operations including administration, accounts receivable, payables and billing. With over 30 years of accounting, bookkeeping and supervisory experience, Linda has been a valuable member of the N&C Service team since 1996. |

|  | Kyria brings over 15 years experience to the position of Human Resources Manager. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. She has spent over 10 years running her own successful businesses and is currently pursuing a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification while raising three active boys. Kyria serves on the Board for Ridgefield Little League and during rare moments of free time Kyria spends time with her husband and family seeing movies, acting in Renaissance Faires, and exploring their new home in the Pacific Northwest. |  | Val began working for N&C Service in 2005. In addition to assisting with administrative tasks, Val is our Supply Clerk and assists in hiring and training new employees. Prior to working for N&C Service, Val worked in customer service and billing, and assisted in operating a cleaning business for seven years. She obtained her Associate of Arts in Business and Education from the University of Phoenix. She is fluent in Romanian and English. Val enjoys outdoor activities and likes to take adventures with her husband and four children. |  | Kelsey assists our callers and provides administrative support for our managers. She comes to N&C Service with five years of customer service experience and two years of administrative experience. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Kelsey enjoys listening to music, watching movies and meeting new people. |

|  | Brandon oversees the warehouse and supply turnover and provides customer service for cleaning and paper supplies to N&C Service customers. He gained experience in inventory management while working in distribution centers for major retailers. Brandon has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies and Biblical Languages. He is currently earning a Masters Degree from Western Seminary. He enjoys writing, languages and literature, and he likes camping and playing games with friends and family. |

|  | Patrick Joined N&C in 2011, and oversees and implements the company's marketing efforts. A copywriter by trade, Patrick has worked in marketing for the past ten years creating web copy, collateral, and informational pieces, while picking up a healthy dose of design and social media experience along the way. When not at work, Patrick enjoys writing and playing music, fly fishing, backpacking, and boxing. |
