In 2004, N&C Service launched a premium service level called Le-Mint for Class-A and Historic buildings, and other quality-minded organizations. Le-Mint improves the atmosphere of a building and creates a level of service accountability that can be easily seen and measured. The key component is a proprietary communications software, which allows our customers and managers to discuss cleaning issues and requests, and then track the progress. Le-Mint also provides amenities baskets in the restrooms and mints on every workstation.
